My Approach

If you are searching for a counsellor then it is likely that you are seeking help or guidance for something that you are looking to change. 

There is no single approach that is suitable for everyone, therefore I pull from a selection of different psychological approaches to help you find the most helpful way of changing whatever it is that is troubling you so that you can start living a richer, more fulfilled life.

I offer sessions, fully online, so that you can receive the help you are looking for, regardless of your location.

Who Am I?

I am passionate about helping others overcome the problems they are facing in life and teaching them the skills to make long-lasting change.

I have a particular interest in helping with anxiety (including negative thought patterns and overthinking) as well as relationship difficulties.

Individual
Counselling

Individual counselling sessions allow you to work through whatever it is that is troubling you in a confidential, safe place. 

There are a range of topics you may wish to discuss. These can be things that you are already aware you want to change or you may be feeling unsure of what is causing dissatisfaction in your life and are looking to delve deeper to find the root of the problem.

 

Whatever has brought you here, an individual session will give us the ability to work through the problem together, allowing you to live a more fulfilled life.

Couple
Counselling

There are numerous reasons you may be experiencing difficulties in your relationships. The cause of these issues may be something you wish to work through privately (in an individual session) or you may wish to attend a session as a couple.

Attending sessions together can be a great way to create stronger communication, learn a better way to relate to one another or take the opportunity to work through a specific problem.

Therapeutic Coaching

A therapeutic coaching session offers you a more laid back approach for you to talk through anything that is bothering you in a confidential, judgement-free environment.

 

 These sessions can be used as a regular outlet for daily difficulties or general life advice and support to help you realise and achieve your goals.

 

These sessions may also follow a block of counselling sessions and may help you maintain the skills you have learnt in counselling.
