About Me

First of all, I would like to say well done. It takes a lot of courage to seek help and this is the first step to long-lasting change.

At this point, you are probably wondering if I can help you with whatever problem you are facing. To help you discover this, here is a little more information about me and my approach to counselling and coaching.

I have always been intrigued by mental health and have been a strong believer in the idea that the brain needs looking after just as much as any other part of the body. I initially studied a BSc Honours Degree in Psychology in the UK. Following this, I obtained a Level 4 Counselling and Psychotherapy Diploma and an Advanced Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).
